サラダ専門店のサグ・スパイスカレー（中辛）

長野・野辺山産のホウレン草を、1人前に約100g詰め込んだ贅沢“サラダカレー”です。ホウレン草と玉ねぎの甘みに、鶏もも肉はタンドリーソースでスパイシーに。市販のルーはもちろん、小麦も使わないグルテンフリーで仕上げました。

This is a luxurious “salad curry” packed with about 100g of spinach from Nobeyama, Nagano, per serving. The sweetness of the spinach and onions and the spicy chicken thighs with tandoori sauce. It is gluten-free, using neither commercial roux nor wheat.
